We DO NOT have a storefront unfortunately. We operate primarily online or through other channels while working out of our home and create items on an order to order basis. However, our website serves as a virtual storefront where you can explore our products and services, place orders, and contact us for any inquiries or assistance. Our online presence allows us to reach a wider audience and provide convenient access to our offerings. We are located in beautiful Lake Country, BC and are more than happy to ship via Canada Post or we also offer FREE local pick ups.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on our hand-made and custom-made items. Each piece is carefully crafted to meet your specific requirements and preferences, making it unique and tailored to you. As a result, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these items. We encourage you to thoroughly review all product details and specifications before making a purchase to ensure it meets your expectations. We always suggest you expect about 2 weeks (longer in Oct-Dec). That said, contact us if you need something asap... we can often accommodate! All of our cutting boards, crib boards and other wooden products have all inventory available posted. These are often a quick turn around. For apparel, if we have your size and colour in stock it can be completed within a couple of days. We don't carry a ton of inventory so will usually have to order in your size and colour which will add to the turn around time. Again, if you are in need of something fast - just msg us!
